Some students want to attend college. Others want to learn a trade, enter the workforce, or build a business of their own. Every one of those paths can lead to a successful future.

Doug Conaway believes Delaware must expand access to vocational and career training so students who want to learn real-world skills have the opportunity to do so. When young people are ready to learn a trade, we shouldn’t be turning them away because there isn’t enough capacity.
