Doug served our country for more than two decades in the U.S. Army, rising to the rank of Command Sergeant Major. The lessons he learned through service — leadership, accountability, integrity, and putting others first — are the same values he carries with him today.

But Sussex County isn’t just where Doug is running for office. It’s home.

From building homes and running a local business to supporting veterans, agriculture, local organizations, and his faith community, Doug understands the people and challenges that make Sussex County what it is.
